Refund & Delivery Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Because our books and workbooks are digital products (PDF downloads) that cannot be returned once delivered, the following policy applies to all purchases from digitalaiinnovation.com.

1. Delivery

All products are delivered digitally. After successful payment you receive an instant download link (on the thank-you page, and by email for purchases through Gumroad). Nothing is shipped, so there are no shipping charges or delivery times.

2. Refund policy

Since the files are delivered instantly and can be copied once downloaded, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds for a change of mind. We will, however, gladly help or refund in these cases:

You were charged but did not receive the download and we cannot fix it.
The file is damaged, will not open, or is clearly not the product you bought, and we cannot supply a working file.
Duplicate payment for the same product by mistake.

How to ask: email support@digitalaiinnovation.com within 7 days of purchase with your payment ID (it starts with pay_ for payments made on our site), the email or phone number you used, the product name, and a short description (a screenshot helps).

3. How refunds are processed

We review requests within 2 business days.
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. After approval, refunds usually reach your account in 5–7 working days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Payment gateway fees and bank charges may not be returned.

4. Purchases made through Gumroad

If you bought through Gumroad (international purchases, paid in US dollars), the payment is handled by Gumroad. Contact us first and we will help. Refunds for those purchases are processed through Gumroad and also follow their policies.

5. Not covered

Dissatisfaction with print quality from your own printer or paper.
Not being able to print because of a printer or device problem (the files are standard A4 PDFs that open in any PDF reader).
Sharing, reselling or redistributing the files, which is not allowed.

6. Your licence

Your purchase gives you a personal licence to print as many copies as you need for your own family or classroom. You may not resell, share online, or redistribute the files.
